Sara discovers a book that her mother was taught from during her youth. Her mother, Sara's Granny, become crippled with arthritis and asked for guidance from within about raising her children. She received some personal instructions sort of like an automatic writing and used them to first heal herself enough to walk again, then she taught her children the values in the writings hoping that they would live a life of health, love, peace, and joy.
Sara and 4 of her cousins decided to use the book, but not until they asked their granny the question, "How come our mothers don't follow all this wonderful stuff and use it?" Their granny told them that their mothers were exercising free will, which is not always a good idea. She said that sometimes people abused the gift of free will.

"This is so neat; we can actually do all this stuff."
Rebeca said as she flipped through the book.
"I want to teach this to every kid I know," she exclaimed with excitement.
